The idea for AlmaLinks was born out of discussions between Israeli and American participants of a Taglit-Birthright Israel trip.

The participants began to realize the need to continue the process begun by Taglit-Birthright Israel: Strengthening the connection of young Jewish adults to each other and to Israel, and revitalizing their Jewish identities.

The outcome is AlmaLinks. Through common professional interests, networking, regional and international conferences, partnering with similar Jewish organizations, and informal education focusing on Israel and the Jewish world, AlmaLinks seeks to fulfill this vision.
